Blakedown have established a Quality Assurance system to meet the prime needs of their organisation in the field of Landscaping, Civil Engineering, Contracting and the Design and construction of Sports Facilities.

Blakedown will endeavour to ensure all employees dedicate their activities to the implementation and application of these Quality Assurance System and defined Quality Control Procedures and practices during all phases of the contract including, purchasing, and through design and build of projects.

To achieve this, the Company will:

  • Ensure a timely response to, and a full understanding of customer requirements.
  • Support and develop Supplier and Sub-contractors to ensure awareness and performance.
  • Develop personnel competency and awareness through training.
  • Comply with all relevant legal and statuary requirements.
  • Ensure continual improvements by measuring performance against the laid down objectives.
